Alone, I believe, among cities of the world which have recently held claim
to hosting the planet's tallest buildings, Kuala Lumpur is graced by a fair
population of wild monkeys. Here we see a long-tailed macacque using the
power-line expressway to catch a bird's-eye view of promising trash cans in
the vicinity.
As a strong advocate of monkey proliferation, this goes a long way toward making KL more appealing in my eyes (it didn't need much help). I think New York would do well to introduce a few troops of the little guys into Central Park. |
