This buffet is one of three on the 4th level of Sungei Wang Plaza, a shopping center at the corner of Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Sultan Ismail. For RM5 (US$1.25) you fill a plate with whatever looks good (most of it does, and it tastes good too), and wash it down with tamarind drink or tea.
It's pretty hot up here, since unlike the rest of the mall this floor isn't air-conditioned (except for a little corner that has a half-dozen slightly more expensive restaurants). So pick a seat under a fan, make sure you have a good view of one of the TVs showing old Jackie Chan movies, and dig in. |
